Support of young talents through university projects

The video tutorials also enable collaboration with university institutions to give young dancers the opportunity to get to know Sasha Waltz's repertoire. This has resulted in projects such as »In C« with students from Codarts Rotterdam, the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona, the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen – who were able to present their version of »In C« as part of the Ruhrfestspiele 2023 – the Berlin Dance Institute, the Ballet Junior de Genève, for two years in a row with dance students from the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, with students from UNEARTE - Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes in Caracas, dance students from the Aristotle Lyceum and the Athens Conservatoire, the NYU Tisch School of the Arts in New York City, students from the Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris, the Accademia Nazionale di Danza in Rome, the Civica Scuola di Teatro Paolo Grassi in Milan, Opificio dell Arte in Biella, with participants in the Biennale College of the Biennale di Danza 2025 in Venice, the Palucca University of Dance Dresden, the Erika Klütz Schule für Theatertanz und Tanzpädagogik in Hamburg and the SEAD Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance.
